What is Dmarket?

Dmarket is a platform where users from all over the world can buy, sell and trade skins. It is specialized in CSGO skins, but also offers TF2, Dota 2 or Rust games. It uses an ingenious system of face2face exchange to avoid the seven-day blocking of exchanges on Steam.

Dmarket has a lot of features to give more information to skins experts. New users can quickly pick up the site to buy cheaper skins.

Buy skins on DMarket

Buying skins on DMarket is very simple. You just have to go to the siteand then register with steam, email, twitch and even twitter.

Once registered, go to the Face2Face section and choose the skin (or skins) that suits you. You have advanced filters to choose a specific skin or a stattrak for example.

Then you can exchange it for skins you own with a similar value or you can buy it.

To pay, you can choose between Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Skrill, Webmoney, Kinguin gift card (so Paypal), Neteller or G2A gift card.

Once the funds are deposited, a bot will send you an exchange offer. If it is a user on the site, you will have to wait for their offer.

Skins prices on DMarket

On average you have a promotion between 10% and 30% compared to the price on Steam. It's a great way to buy skins with paypal (or other) for very affordable prices. You have a lot of choices (all types of skins, for all prices).

Sell Dmarket skins

You can also sell your counter strike, dota, team fortress, rust skins and get the money back. It's very convenient, because Steam doesn't allow you to take the money out of your account, while with DMarket, you can get your funds directly from your bank account, payoneer, paypal or skrill.

To sell your skin, it's very simple. Choose the skin to sell in the menu on the left. Then, you have the choice between "sell now" or "sell | ask".

If you sell the skin now, the site will buy your item back from you for a slightly lower price, but you will receive the money directly. If you choose the other option, it will be put on the dmarket and will have to be sold to a user to get the money back. The fee is 5%.

If you put a skin for sale on Dmarket, it will be in the inventory of one of their bot, so it will be unusable! If you want to get it back, you will have to wait 7 days.

When your skin is sold, you can withdraw your money by :

  • Visa/Mastercard : 2.5% fee + 1.26$ fixed fee
  • Payoneer: 0% of expenses
  • Skrill: 1% fee
  • Webmoney: 2% of expenses
  • Bank transfer : 1$ of fixed costs
  • Check: 3$ of fixed costs
  • Paypal : 2% of expenses + 2$ of fixed expenses

Please note: you will need 500$ in your Dmarket account before you can withdraw.

Paid money (130$), started checking, passport photo, card, etc. - During the night I received a message on my email that my account was blocked. I started writing to the helpdesk, they told me to wait 24 hours and reply.

It took 48 hours and they did not respond.

Don't be fooled by this company. Better to pay more for a skin, but at least stay with the money or a skin.

Someone had made a payment with my bank card via phishing to Dmarket. I had reported it to Dmarket within two hours and you would not refund it. How is it possible that in such short time of report, you could not refund the money?
